Hotel Saray Granada

Our stay at Hotel Saray was exceptional. The room service was incredibly fast and the food was delicious. The check-in process was quick and the staff were efficient. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The pool was lovely and the hotel maintenance staff were helpful. we felt at home and cannot wait to return.

Everything was spot on.

The modern and spacious rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was in working order and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was efficient and the room was allocated as requested. The hotel had a gymnasium and a lovely pool. The hotel also had underground parking available at a reasonable price. The food from room service was delivered quickly and was well presented and hot. an excellent value for money.

Spacious low-budget hotel, the stuff and location where very good. Tidy unit with a double bed.

It was fairly clean and the staff were efficient, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was rich, plenty of fab food. And it also had excellent view. Good area, central location just off the centre and bars and conference center.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the city center and all the attractions. the kitchen facilities were also a plus, as we were able to make our own meals and save some money. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to visit in the area.

The hotel itself was quite average and lacked any charm. It felt like a generic chain hotel, without any unique features.

Every detail was excellent from the beginning, including staff and rooms, I really enjoyed it.

It's a fabulous place, fairly clean.

I absolutely loved the pool area at this hotel! It was open until 8pm, which was so convenient. The large room was a plus, and having a fridge was really handy. The location was great too, as it was right next to a bus stop and just a 5-minute walk from some fantastic riverside restaurants. As someone with physical handicaps, I found it very accessible and accommodating.

I felt quite safe and had nothing to complain about during my stay.

The staff were courteous and the pool was great. Neat and brand-new units with a double bed. Generally everything was good, nevertheless the bathroom was dirty.

I had a good stay and I would stay here again. The hotel was spacious, and the meals were good, I loved the perfect location close to Granada, conference center and the centre of a beautiful city.

The service was good, even so some people working there were not so good.

Great location for attending Palacio de Congresos. Spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cheeseboard and wine were a highlight. Perfect for bigger groups of friends.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Situated away from the centre, but easy reasonable journey by taxi, reception can arrange, which will arrive quicker than you can get to the entrance!! Food was really lovely. We arranged parking, situated below the hotel underground, elevator to rooms. Truly authentic Flamenco, try Restaurant Zoraya, need to book.

Conveniently located close to the airport bus stop and within walking distance to the city center. The room had a modern design and was clean with a nice bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good and housekeeping was efficient. The staff were knowledgeable about the area and tourist attractions. Free WiFi was a plus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in a beautiful area just outside the center of Granada. It was within a short walking distance from the center, allowing me to easily explore the city and all its attractions. The service provided was top-notch, with room service available 24 hours a day, making my stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Our stay at Saray was incredibly comfortable and great value for money. The hotel pool was a welcome addition, especially during the hot weather. The beds were really comfortable and the bedroom fittings were of good quality. We really appreciated the helpful staff at reception, who organized a taxi ride to the centre for us quickly. we had a fantastic experience at Saray.

It was all superb.

We loved this place! The location is perfect for a stroll to the city centre, but also in the city centre, so you can explore every corner of the area. The service was excellent, with 24-hour room service available and the room amenities were top-notch. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing addition to our stay, and the sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this stylish hotel located near downtown. The walk to the city center was a breeze, allowing us to easily explore the main sights of the city. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast which offered a variety of options. We also appreciated the convenience of the underground parking and the on-site bar/restaurant.

The TV system could use an improvement, as the selection of English channels was limited.

We had the room with the terrace and it was amazing. It's new/renovated and really nice to enjoy the evenings and sunsets. the room is super nice and the bed is so comfortable! And every single employee is nice and helpful. the location is also good , quiet but you can reach the center in a few walking minutes. We didn't try the food of the hotel , so no comment there.

Reception staff were miserable and unhelpful. Room was dark and had an unpleasant view of the conference centre and bins, which were very noisy overnight, as it seems lots of activity occurred there from noisy vehicles.

The car park was full, and we didn't realize we had to book in advance. We got lost trying to find parking on the narrow streets nearby, but the staff at Hotel Saray was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the ordeal. They went out of their way to assist us, making our stay much more pleasant. Despite this inconvenience, the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center. There were also supermarkets nearby, which made it convenient for us to stock up on supplies. The room itself was very good, with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The staff made our son's stay extra special by being friendly and attentive, especially Ana at the breakfast buffet. The hotel was also clean, although it could use a bit of modern refurbishment. we had a great stay at Hotel Saray and would highly recommend it for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.
